Installing the Mobile App

Take your CRM on the go with the SalesSheet.ai mobile app. Available for both iOS and Android, the mobile app gives you full access to your contacts, deals, and AI assistant from anywhere. This guide walks you through downloading, installing, and setting up the app on your phone so you can stay productive between meetings, on the road, or away from your desk.

Before You Start

  • An existing SalesSheet.ai account (create one at app.salessheets.ai if you haven't already)
  • An iPhone running iOS 16 or later, or an Android device running Android 12 or later
  • A stable internet connection for the initial download and sync
  • Your SalesSheet.ai login credentials or Google account used for signup
  • Approximately 120 MB of free storage space on your device
Step 1

Find the App in Your App Store

Open the App Store on your iPhone or Google Play Store on your Android device. In the search bar, type "SalesSheet" or "SalesSheet CRM" and tap the search icon. Look for the official SalesSheet.ai app with the blue and white logo. Make sure the developer name reads "SalesSheet Inc." to confirm you are downloading the correct app.

You can also find a direct download link by visiting salessheets.ai/mobile from your phone's browser. This page will automatically detect your device type and redirect you to the appropriate app store listing.

Step 2

Download and Install the App

Tap the "Get" button on iOS or the "Install" button on Android to begin downloading the app. Depending on your connection speed, the download should take less than a minute. You may need to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to confirm the installation.

Once the download is complete, the app will install automatically. You will see the SalesSheet icon appear on your home screen. If you have automatic app organization enabled, check your App Library or app drawer to locate it.

Step 3

Sign In with Your Existing Account

Open the SalesSheet app by tapping the icon on your home screen. You will be presented with the sign-in screen. Choose the same authentication method you used when creating your account on the web.

Google Sign-In: Tap "Continue with Google" and select the Google account associated with your SalesSheet.ai workspace. Authorization happens automatically if you are already signed into Google on your device.

Email and Password: Enter the email address and password you used to create your SalesSheet.ai account. If you have forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password" to receive a reset link via email.

Step 4

Wait for the Initial Data Sync

After signing in, the app will begin syncing your data from the cloud. You will see a progress indicator showing how many contacts, deals, and emails are being downloaded to your device. The first sync may take a few minutes depending on the size of your CRM database.

Keep the app open and your device connected to the internet during this process. For large databases with thousands of contacts, we recommend performing the initial sync on a Wi-Fi connection to avoid using excessive mobile data. Once complete, your data will be available offline for viewing.

Step 5

Configure Your Mobile Settings

After the sync completes, you will be prompted to configure a few key settings. First, the app will ask for permission to send push notifications. We recommend allowing these so you receive alerts about deal updates, email opens, and AI suggestions.

Next, you can optionally grant access to your phone contacts to enable quick dialing and caller ID features. The app will also ask for microphone access if you want to use voice-to-text features with the AI assistant.

Finally, review your notification preferences in the app settings to choose which types of alerts you want to receive. You can always adjust these later under Settings > Notifications.

Pro Tip: Enable Biometric Login

After your first successful sign-in, go to Settings > Security in the app and enable Face ID or fingerprint login. This lets you quickly access your CRM without typing your password each time while keeping your data secure. Biometric login works even when your device is offline.

Important: Keep the App Updated

SalesSheet.ai releases regular updates with new features, performance improvements, and security patches. Enable automatic updates in your device settings, or check the App Store or Google Play Store periodically to ensure you are running the latest version. Outdated versions may experience sync issues or missing functionality.

What to Expect After Installation

Once the app is installed and synced, you have full access to your SalesSheet.ai workspace from your mobile device. You can:

  • Browse and search your entire contact database
  • View and update deals in your pipeline
  • Make CRM-tracked phone calls directly from the app
  • Chat with the AI assistant to draft emails or get deal insights
  • Receive real-time push notifications for important events
  • Log meeting notes and activities while on the go
  • Scan business cards to instantly create new contacts
  • Access your data offline after the initial sync completes

The mobile app syncs continuously in the background, so any changes you make on your phone will appear on the web version within seconds, and vice versa. Background sync uses minimal battery and data, so you can leave it enabled without worrying about performance impact.

The app supports both portrait and landscape orientations. Pipeline views and reports are especially useful in landscape mode on larger phone screens and tablets. You can lock the orientation in your device settings if you prefer to stay in portrait mode.

Troubleshooting

The app does not appear in my app store search results

Make sure your device meets the minimum operating system requirements (iOS 16+ or Android 12+). If your device is compatible, try searching for "SalesSheet CRM" instead. You can also visit salessheets.ai/mobile in your phone's browser for a direct link to the store listing. If the app is not available in your region, contact support at andres@salessheets.ai.

I cannot sign in with my existing credentials

Double-check that you are using the same login method (Google or email) that you used when creating your account on the web. If you signed up with Google on desktop, you must use "Continue with Google" on mobile as well. Try resetting your password if you are using email login. Ensure your account is still active by attempting to sign in on the web version at app.salessheets.ai.

The initial sync is stuck or taking too long

Large databases can take several minutes to sync on the first load. Ensure you have a stable internet connection, ideally Wi-Fi. Try closing and reopening the app to restart the sync process. If the issue persists, go to Settings > Account > Force Sync to trigger a fresh data download. Contact support if the sync fails after multiple attempts.

The app crashes on startup

First, make sure your device has enough free storage space (at least 120 MB). Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If crashes continue, uninstall and reinstall the app from the store. Check that your operating system is up to date, as outdated OS versions can cause compatibility issues. If problems persist after reinstalling, email andres@salessheets.ai with your device model and OS version.
