Google Sheets-Style Filters

Click any column header to open a filter dropdown with Sort A-Z, Sort Z-A, and Freeze column options. Then filter by condition (text: contains, equals, starts with, is empty, is not empty; date: before, after, between, on; number: greater than, less than, between, equals) or filter by values with multi-select checkboxes. Active filters appear as removable badges in the toolbar - like "Status: Lead" or "Owner: Andres M." Stack multiple column filters to create precise segments and save them as reusable views.

Select-All Bulk Operations

Select rows with checkboxes (Shift+Click for a range, Ctrl+Click for individual rows) and a bulk action toolbar appears instantly. Convert selected contacts to opportunities with one click, customize the conversion with deal value and pipeline stage, enrich contacts with AI-powered data enrichment, or delete in bulk. The toolbar shows "N selected" with select-all-across-pages support, and export options let you download selected rows, the current page, or all contacts as CSV.

Customize Your View

Start by choosing which columns to display from your full list of contact, company, and deal fields. Drag them into your preferred order and resize each one to fit the data. Need to see phone numbers, last activity date, and deal stage side by side? Just drag them next to each other. Your layout is saved automatically and loads instantly every time you return.

Filter and Segment

Click any column header to open the filter panel. Choose from a full set of operators - contains, does not contain, is empty, is not empty, greater than, between, and more. Combine filters across multiple columns to build targeted segments. For example, filter by deal stage "Proposal Sent" plus last activity older than 5 days to find stale deals that need follow-up. Save the combination as a named view for one-click access later.

Act in Bulk

Once you have the right records in view, select them individually with checkboxes or use select-all to grab everything matching your filter. The bulk action toolbar appears at the top with options to update fields, assign owners, tag, move pipeline stages, export, or delete. Changes apply instantly across all selected records, and you get a confirmation summary showing exactly what was updated.
