Notifications arrive instantly through Supabase Realtime websocket connections. There is no polling interval or refresh delay. When a teammate @mentions you in a deal note, you see it the moment they hit send. The bell icon lights up with an unread count capping at 9+. Click the bell to see your full notification feed with timestamps and quick-jump links.
Type the @ symbol anywhere in SalesSheet - notes, comments, deal descriptions, task details - and a searchable dropdown appears with your team members. Start typing a name and the list filters instantly. Select a person and they receive an immediate notification with context about where they were mentioned and what was said. It is the fastest way to loop someone in on a deal, ask a question, or hand off a task.
When a notification arrives while you are working, a toast popup slides in at the bottom of your screen for 6 seconds. Each toast shows the notification type, sender name, and a preview of the content. Click the toast to jump directly to the relevant record. Toasts are non-blocking so they never interrupt your current workflow, and they stack neatly if multiple arrive at once. Dismiss them with a swipe or let them auto-fade.
