Inline Editing

Click any cell in the grid and it becomes instantly editable - text fields, dropdowns, dates, numbers, and multi-select tags all have native inline editors. Tab between cells like a spreadsheet. Changes are saved automatically the moment you click away or press Tab, with no save button required. The primary column (contact name or deal name) is protected from accidental edits and stays frozen on the left side of the screen as you scroll horizontally, so you always know which row you are editing no matter how far right you go.

Copy-Paste Like a Spreadsheet

Select a cell, copy it, and paste into another - just like Google Sheets. SalesSheet even shows marching ants around the copied cell so you can see exactly what is in your clipboard. Copy a range of cells and paste them into multiple rows at once. Paste data from an external spreadsheet and SalesSheet maps it to the correct columns automatically. Right-click any cell or row for a context menu with quick actions: copy, paste, duplicate row, delete row, open record, and more. The keyboard shortcuts you already know just work.

Smart Filters

Filter your grid by any combination of fields with operators that match the data type - text fields support contains, starts with, and exact match; numbers support greater than, less than, and between; dates support before, after, and relative ranges like "last 7 days." Stack multiple filters with AND/OR logic to build precise views. Save any filter combination as a named view that your whole team can access. The grid updates instantly as you add or remove filters, and the row count badge shows you exactly how many records match.

Switch to Grid View

Every list in SalesSheet - contacts, deals, companies, tasks - has a Grid View toggle. Click it and your data transforms from a card or list layout into a full spreadsheet grid. Columns map to your CRM fields, rows map to records. The grid loads instantly even with thousands of records thanks to virtual scrolling that only renders the rows visible on screen. Drag column headers to reorder, resize by dragging borders, and show or hide columns from the column menu.

Edit Data at Spreadsheet Speed

Click any cell to start editing. Type a new value and press Tab to move to the next column, or Enter to move down a row. SalesSheet validates your input against the field type - you cannot accidentally put text in a number field or an invalid date in a date column. Use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to copy and paste between cells. Select multiple cells with Shift+Click to bulk-edit. Every change saves automatically on blur, so you never lose work and never need to click a save button.

Filter, Sort, and Save Views

Click the filter icon to add conditions. Each filter targets a specific field with an operator appropriate for that data type. Stack as many filters as you need and toggle between AND and OR grouping. Click any column header to sort ascending or descending. Once you have the grid configured exactly how you want it - filters, sort order, visible columns, and column widths - save it as a named view. Your saved views appear in the sidebar for one-click access, and you can share views with your team or keep them private.
