Your CRM, Configured Exactly How You Need It

Saved views let you build and store multiple grid configurations so you always see the data that matters most for the task at hand.

🔖

Save Any Configuration

Filters, visible columns, sort order, and column widths are all captured when you save a view. Give it a descriptive name like "Hot Leads" or "Deals Closing This Week" and it is stored permanently in your view library. Every detail of your grid setup is preserved exactly as you left it.

One-Click Switching

Jump between saved views from the dropdown menu at the top of any grid. A check icon shows which view is currently active so you always know what filters are applied. Star any view to set it as your default - it loads automatically every time you open that grid.

📊

Works for Contacts and Deals

Saved views are available on both the contacts grid and the opportunities grid. Each entity type maintains its own separate view library, so your contact views and deal views stay organized independently. Build as many views as you need for each grid.

🎯

Filter on Any Field

Build views using filters on any field in your CRM - status, tags, owner, company, deal value, last contacted date, custom fields, and more. Combine multiple filters to create highly targeted views like "Enterprise contacts in California tagged as Decision Maker with no activity in 30 days."

📐

Column Control

Choose exactly which columns are visible in each view and set the order that makes sense for that workflow. Your "Calling Queue" view might show name, phone, and last call date, while your "Pipeline Review" view shows deal name, value, stage, and expected close date. Different tasks, different columns.

✏️

Easy to Update

Views are not locked after creation. Adjust filters, add or remove columns, change the sort order, and save your changes to the existing view - or save as a new view to keep both versions. Rename or delete views you no longer need to keep your library clean and focused.

How It Works

1

Configure Your Grid

Start from any contacts or opportunities grid. Apply the filters you need, hide columns that are not relevant, set your preferred sort order, and resize columns to fit. Get the grid looking exactly the way you want it for a specific workflow or task. Take your time - the configuration will be saved precisely as you set it up.

2

Save with a Descriptive Name

Click the Bookmark icon in the grid toolbar to open the save dialog. Enter a clear, descriptive name that tells you at a glance what this view shows - something like "Hot Leads," "Overdue Follow-Ups," or "West Coast Enterprise." Click save, and your configuration is stored in your view library permanently until you choose to delete it.

3

Switch Between Views Instantly

Open the view dropdown at the top of the grid to see all your saved views. Click any view name and the grid reconfigures instantly - filters, columns, sort order, everything reloads in a single click. No waiting, no manual reconfiguration. The active view is marked with a check icon so you always know which view you are currently using.

4

Set a Default View

Star your most-used view and it becomes your default. Every time you navigate to that grid, your default view loads automatically. No need to select it from the dropdown each time you start your day. You can change your default at any time by starring a different view.

Popular View Examples from Real Sales Teams

Here are some of the most common saved views that SalesSheet users create to streamline their daily workflows.

🔥

Hot Leads Queue

Filter contacts by "Hot" status or tag, sort by last activity date, and show only name, company, phone, and last contacted columns. This gives you a clean calling list of your highest-priority prospects ready to work through each morning.

Overdue Follow-Ups

Filter for contacts where the next follow-up date has passed, sorted by how many days overdue. This view ensures no prospect slips through the cracks and helps you prioritize who needs attention first based on how long they have been waiting.

💰

Deals Closing This Month

Filter opportunities by expected close date within the current month, sorted by deal value. See stage, probability, and owner at a glance. This is the view sales managers load every Monday morning to review the pipeline and forecast revenue.
