Hit reply on any email in the thread and the composer opens inline with the original message quoted below. Email threads are displayed in a clean, chronological timeline - just like Gmail. Each message shows the sender, timestamp, and preview text. Click to expand the full message. When conversations get long, switch to compact view to see all messages collapsed into single-line summaries you can scan in seconds. Jump to any message in the thread, search within the conversation, and see exactly when each email was opened. No more scrolling through walls of quoted text to find the important reply buried at the bottom.
When you start composing a reply, the AI assistant can draft a response for you based on the full conversation context and the contact's history in your CRM. It knows what was discussed in previous calls, what deal stage you are in, and what the prospect's objections have been. The suggested draft matches your writing tone - learned from your past emails - and you can edit, regenerate, or discard it. For routine follow-ups, the AI can compose and queue entire email sequences that you review and approve in batch.
Navigate to any contact, deal, or company record in SalesSheet and click the Email tab in the activity composer. The composer opens inline - the contact's full profile, deal history, and activity timeline remain visible alongside it. The To field is pre-filled with the contact's email address. Switch between Email, Note, Meeting, Task, and Call tabs without losing your place. If you are replying to an existing thread, the subject line is automatically set to "Re:" plus the original subject, and threading headers (In-Reply-To, References) are handled so the reply lands in the correct Gmail thread.
Type your email using the rich text editor with full formatting support - bold, italic, bullet lists, numbered lists, links, inline images, and file attachments up to 25MB. Or click "AI Draft" and let the assistant write a complete reply based on conversation history and deal context. Review the AI-generated draft, make any edits you want, and it is ready to send. Hit send and the email is delivered from your Gmail account - the recipient sees your real email address and it appears in your Gmail Sent folder.
