SalesSheet.ai is built for collaboration. Inviting your colleagues to your workspace lets everyone share contacts, collaborate on deals, and stay aligned on pipeline progress. This guide walks you through sending invitations, assigning initial roles, and managing pending invites so your entire team can get up and running quickly.

  • Your workspace must be on a plan that supports the number of seats you need

Go to Equipe Settings

From your SalesSheet.ai dashboard, click on Settings in the left sidebar navigation. Then select the Equipe tab from the settings menu. This is where you manage all team-related configurations, including invitations, roles, and active members.

You can also reach this page quickly by clicking your workspace name in the top-left corner and selecting Manage Equipe from the dropdown menu. Both paths take you to the same team management panel.

Enter E-mail Addresses

In the Equipe settings panel, click the Invite Members button in the top-right corner. A dialog will appear with an email input field where you can type or paste email addresses.

You can invite multiple people at once by entering several email addresses separated by commas, or by pasting a list from a spreadsheet. SalesSheet supports inviting up to 20 members in a single batch. Each email address is validated in real time, and any invalid addresses will be highlighted so you can correct them before sending.

If you are inviting someone who already has a SalesSheet account on a different workspace, they will receive a prompt to join your workspace without needing to create a new account.

Assign Roles to New Members

Before sending invitations, you can assign a default role to each person. Use the role dropdown next to each email address to select Admin, Member, or Viewer.

Admin: Full access to all features, settings, billing, and team management. Best for sales managers and team leads who need to configure the workspace.

Member: Can create and edit contacts, deals, and emails. Cannot access billing or team management settings. Ideal for individual sales reps.

Viewer: Read-only access to shared contacts, deals, and reports. Useful for executives or stakeholders who need visibility without editing capabilities.

If you are unsure which role to assign, start with Member. You can always change roles later from the Equipe settings page without needing to re-invite anyone.

Send Invitations

Once you have entered all email addresses and assigned roles, click the Send Invitations button. Each person will receive an email from SalesSheet.ai with a link to accept the invitation and join your workspace.

The invitation email includes your workspace name, the role they have been assigned, and a direct link to get started. If the recipient already has a SalesSheet account, they will be prompted to sign in and join your workspace. New users will be guided through the account creation and onboarding flow.

You will see a confirmation message listing all invitations that were successfully sent, along with any that could not be delivered due to invalid email addresses.

Manage Pending Invitations

After sending invitations, you can track their status in the Pending Invitations section of the Equipe settings page. Each pending invitation shows the email address, assigned role, date sent, and current status.

Resend an invitation: If a colleague has not accepted their invite after a few days, click the Resend button next to their name. This sends a fresh invitation email in case the original was missed or ended up in spam.

Revoke an invitation: If you sent an invite to the wrong email address or no longer want someone to join, click the Revoke button. The invitation link will be deactivated immediately, and the person will not be able to join the workspace using that link.

Invitations expire automatically after 14 days. If an invitation expires, you can send a new one at any time from the same panel.

The best results with SalesSheet.ai come when your entire sales team is on the platform. Shared contacts, collaborative deal tracking, and the team activity feed all become more valuable with more participants. Consider inviting your full team during initial setup rather than adding people one at a time over weeks.

Importante: Seat Limits Apply

Each plan includes a specific number of seats. If you attempt to invite more members than your plan allows, you will be prompted to upgrade before the invitations can be sent. Check your current plan and available seats in Settings > Faturamento before sending a large batch of invites.

Once your team members accept their invitations and join the workspace, they will be able to:

  • Access shared contacts and companies in the workspace
  • View and collaborate on deals in the shared pipeline
  • Use AI chat to manage their own contacts, emails, and tasks
  • Appear in the team activity feed so everyone stays informed
  • Send and receive emails through the platform (once they connect their own Gmail)

New members will see a guided onboarding flow when they first log in, helping them connect their email, import contacts, and familiarize themselves with the dashboard. You do not need to train them manually on every feature.

Solucao de Problemas

My colleague didn't receive the invitation email

Ask them to check their spam, junk, or promotions folder. Corporate email filters sometimes block automated messages. If the email still does not appear after a few minutes, try resending the invitation from the Pending Invitations panel. If the problem persists, ask them to whitelist noreply@salessheets.ai and then resend.

I can't find the Invite Members button

The Invite Members button is only visible to users with the Admin role. If you do not see it, your account may have a Member or Viewer role. Ask your workspace Admin to either invite the person on your behalf or upgrade your role to Admin in the Equipe settings.

The invitation link expired before my colleague accepted

Invitations expire after 14 days for security reasons. Simply go to the Equipe settings page and send a new invitation to the same email address. The new link will be valid for another 14 days. There is no limit to how many times you can resend invitations.

I reached the seat limit on my plan

If you see a message about exceeding your plan's seat limit, you will need to upgrade your plan to add more team members. Va para Configuracoes > Faturamento > Upgrade Plan to see available options. Once upgraded, return to Equipe settings and resend any pending invitations that were blocked.
