Faturas e Recibos

SalesSheet.ai makes it easy to access your invoices and receipts for accounting, expense reporting, or tax purposes. All your billing documents are stored securely and available for download anytime.

Navigate to Faturamento Settings

To access your invoices and receipts, you'll need to visit your Faturamento settings:

  • Log in to your SalesSheet.ai account at app.salessheets.ai
  • Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen
  • Select Settings from the dropdown menu
  • Click on the Faturamento tab in the left sidebar

On the Faturamento page, you'll see your current plan information at the top. Scroll down past the payment method section to find the billing history.

View Your Invoice History

The "Faturas e Recibos" section displays a complete chronological list of all your billing transactions. Each entry shows:

  • Date: When the charge was processed
  • Description: What the charge was for (e.g., "Pro Plan - Monthly Subscription", "Equipe Plan - Annual Subscription")
  • Amount: The total amount charged
  • Payment method: Last 4 digits of the card used
  • Status: Paid, Pending, or Failed
  • Invoice number: A unique identifier for tracking (e.g., INV-2026-001234)

By default, the list shows all invoices from the past 12 months. You can use the date range selector at the top of the list to view older invoices or filter by specific time periods.

You can also use the search box to find specific invoices by invoice number, amount, or description.

Download PDF Invoices

Each invoice in your history has a Download PDF button on the right side. Clicking this button will:

  • Generate a professional PDF invoice with your company details
  • Include the SalesSheet.ai logo and company information
  • Show itemized charges and any applicable taxes
  • Display your billing address and payment method used
  • Include the unique invoice number for your records

The PDF will download immediately to your default downloads folder. The filename format is: SalesSheet-Invoice-[Invoice Number].pdf

These PDF invoices are suitable for:

  • Submitting expense reports to your employer
  • Business accounting and bookkeeping
  • Tax documentation and deductions
  • Financial record keeping

You can download the same invoice multiple times if needed. There's no limit to how many times you can access your invoice PDFs.

Passo 4

E-mail Receipts to Your Inbox

If you need to send an invoice to someone else (like your accounting department) or just want a copy in your email, you can use the email feature:

  • Find the invoice you want to email in your invoice history
  • Clique no botao E-mail Receipt button next to the Download PDF button
  • A modal will appear asking for the recipient email address
  • Enter the email address (it can be your own or someone else's)
  • Optionally add a note that will be included in the email body
  • Click Send E-mail

The email will be sent immediately and will include:

  • The invoice PDF as an attachment
  • A summary of the charge in the email body
  • Any note you added
  • A link back to your SalesSheet.ai account

The email comes from billing@salessheets.ai, so make sure the recipient's spam filter allows emails from this address.

Additional Options

Bulk Export and Other Recursos

At the top of the Invoices section, you'll find additional tools:

Export All Invoices: Clique no botao Exportar CSV button to download a spreadsheet containing all your invoice data. This is useful for:

  • Importing into accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero
  • Creating custom reports and analysis
  • Sharing billing history with your finance team

The CSV export includes all the same information shown in the invoice list, plus additional fields like tax rates, discount codes used, and subscription period dates.

Update Faturamento Information: If you need to change the company name, billing address, or VAT number that appears on your invoices, click Update Faturamento Info. This will apply to all future invoices, but won't retroactively change invoices already generated.

Set E-mail Preferences: By default, you receive an email receipt automatically whenever you're charged. You can turn off automatic receipt emails in the preferences, though you'll always be able to access invoices through your account.

Dica Pro: Set up a filter in your email client to automatically file SalesSheet.ai receipts into a dedicated folder. This way, you'll have all your billing emails organized and easily accessible for year-end accounting or tax time.

When working with invoices and receipts:

  • Invoices appear in your history within minutes of a successful charge
  • You automatically receive an email receipt at your account email address
  • All invoices are permanently accessible - we never delete your billing history
  • Failed payment attempts also appear in your history with "Failed" status
  • Refunds and credits are shown as separate line items with negative amounts
  • You can access invoices from the mobile app under Settings > Faturamento

Solucao de Problemas

I was charged today but don't see an invoice yet. Where is it?
Invoices typically appear within 5-10 minutes of a successful charge. If it's been longer than 30 minutes, try refreshing the page. If you still don't see it, check that the payment went through by looking at your credit card statement. If the charge appears on your card but not in SalesSheet.ai, contact support with the charge date and amount.
The company name on my invoice is wrong. How do I fix it?
Click "Update Faturamento Info" at the top of the Invoices section and correct your company name. This updates all future invoices. For invoices already generated, contact support at andres@salessheets.ai and we can regenerate the invoice with the correct information.
Can I get invoices from before I started my current subscription?
If you previously had a SalesSheet.ai subscription, canceled, and later resubscribed, all your historical invoices from both periods are saved. Use the date range selector to view older invoices. Your complete billing history remains accessible indefinitely, even across multiple subscription periods.
