Before You Begin
- You need an active SalesSheet.ai account (sign up for free at app.salessheets.ai)
- You must be the account owner or have billing permissions
- Have a valid credit card or debit card ready for payment
Navigate to Billing Settings
Log in to your SalesSheet.ai account and click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen. From the dropdown menu, select Settings. Once in Settings, click on the Billing tab in the left sidebar.
Alternatively, if you're on the Free plan and have reached your contact limit, you'll see a notification banner at the top of your dashboard with a direct link to upgrade.
Click the Upgrade Button
On the Billing page, you'll see your current plan details at the top. Below that, you'll find a comparison of available plans with their features and pricing. Look for the blue Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Team button next to the plan you want.
Click the upgrade button for your desired plan. This will open the plan selection modal where you can review the features you're about to unlock.
Select Your Plan Options
In the upgrade modal, you'll need to make a few selections:
- Billing cycle: Choose between monthly or annual billing. Annual billing saves you 20%.
- Number of users: For Pro plans, select how many user seats you need. For Team plans, the minimum is 3 users.
- Add-ons (optional): If available, you can add additional features like extra storage or advanced integrations.
As you make selections, you'll see the total price update in real-time on the right side of the modal. The price shown is what you'll pay today (prorated if upgrading mid-cycle) and your ongoing price for future billing periods.
Enter Payment Information
Next, you'll be prompted to enter your payment details. SalesSheet.ai accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards.
Fill in the following information:
- Cardholder name
- Card number
- Expiration date (MM/YY)
- Security code (CVV)
- Billing address and ZIP code
All payment information is encrypted and processed securely through our payment provider. SalesSheet.ai never stores your full card details on our servers.
Review and Confirm Your Upgrade
Before finalizing your upgrade, review the summary displayed on the screen:
- Selected plan (Pro or Team)
- Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
- Number of users
- Amount to be charged today
- Ongoing billing amount
- Next billing date
If everything looks correct, check the box to agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click the Confirm Upgrade button.
Your payment will be processed immediately, and you'll see a confirmation message on the screen.
Access Your New Features Immediately
Congratulations! Your account has been upgraded. You now have immediate access to all the features included in your new plan. Here's what happens automatically:
- Your contact limit is updated (unlimited for Pro and Team plans)
- Advanced AI features are now enabled across your account
- Email sync and calling features are activated
- New menu options appear for features like analytics and team collaboration (Team plan)
- You'll receive a welcome email with tips for getting started with your new features
All your existing contacts, deals, and data remain exactly as they were. Nothing is lost or changed during the upgrade process.
You can return to your dashboard and start using your new features right away. Look for the colored badges next to features labeled "Pro" or "Team" - these are now unlocked for you.
What to Expect After Upgrading
After you upgrade your plan:
- You'll receive an email confirmation with your invoice and receipt
- Your account dashboard will update to show your new plan type
- New features will be highlighted with "New" badges for the first week
- You can access the billing page anytime to view your plan details and usage
- Your credit card will be automatically charged on your billing date each month or year
- You can add more users to your plan at any time from the billing settings
