Notificaciones Push

Stay on top of every deal, email, and team mention without constantly checking your phone. SalesSheet.ai push notifications deliver real-time alerts for the events that matter most to your sales workflow. This guide shows you how to configure exactly which notifications you receive, set quiet hours to avoid after-work interruptions, and manage alerts on a per-deal basis so you can stay focused without missing critical updates.

Push notification preferences with quiet hours

Antes de Comenzar

  • The SalesSheet.ai mobile app installed and signed in (installation guide)
  • Push notifications enabled at the device level for the SalesSheet app
  • An active internet connection (notifications require connectivity to be received)
  • At least one active deal or contact in your CRM to receive relevant alerts
Paso 1

Access Notification Settings

Push notification configuration panel with category toggles and delivery preferences

Open the SalesSheet.ai app and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen, then select Settings. Scroll down to the Notifications section and tap it to open the notification preferences panel.

If you see a banner at the top saying "Notifications are disabled," it means push notifications have not been enabled at the device level. Tap the banner to be taken to your device's system settings where you can grant notification permission to the SalesSheet app. On iOS, toggle "Allow Notifications" to on. On Android, enable the notification channel for SalesSheet.

The notification settings screen is divided into categories, each with individual toggle switches. You can enable or disable entire categories or drill into each one to fine-tune specific notification types.

Paso 2

Choose Your Notification Types

SalesSheet.ai offers several categories of push notifications. Toggle each category on or off based on your preferences:

Deal Updates: Receive alerts when deals you own or follow are moved to a new stage, when deal values change, when a deal is marked as won or lost, or when a teammate adds notes to your deal. This is enabled by default and is recommended for all sales users.

Email Activity: Get notified when a tracked email is opened by a recipient, when a recipient clicks a link in your email, or when you receive a reply to a tracked email. Open and click notifications help you time your follow-ups for maximum impact.

Mentions: Receive alerts when a teammate mentions you with @your-name in a deal note, contact note, or internal comment. This ensures you never miss a direct callout from your team.

Tasks and Reminders: Get notified about upcoming task due dates, overdue tasks, and any tasks assigned to you by teammates. Reminders are sent at the scheduled time you set when creating the task.

AI Insights: Receive periodic notifications with AI-generated suggestions such as deals at risk of stalling, contacts that need follow-up, and opportunities for upselling based on account activity patterns.

Paso 3

Set Quiet Hours

Notification settings showing quiet hours configuration with time pickers and weekend mute options

To avoid being interrupted during evenings, weekends, or personal time, configure Quiet Hours in your notification settings. Tap the "Quiet Hours" option and toggle it on. You will see two time pickers: one for the start time and one for the end time.

For example, set quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM to silence all non-critical notifications during the night. During quiet hours, notifications are not delivered to your device. They are still recorded in the app's notification center, so you can review them when you open the app the next morning.

You can also configure weekend quiet hours separately. Toggle "Mute Weekends" to silence all notifications on Saturdays and Sundays. If your work schedule differs from Monday-through-Friday, tap "Custom Days" to select which days should be treated as quiet days.

Urgent override: Even during quiet hours, you can choose to allow certain critical notifications to come through. Toggle "Allow Urgent Alerts During Quiet Hours" to receive notifications for deals marked as high priority that change stage or for direct mentions from your manager.

Paso 4

Manage Per-Deal Notifications

Not every deal requires the same level of attention. SalesSheet.ai lets you customize notification settings for individual deals. Open any deal's detail screen and tap the bell icon in the top-right corner to access deal-specific notification preferences.

You have three options for each deal: All Activity (receive notifications for every update), Important Only (stage changes, won/lost, and direct mentions), or Muted (no notifications for this deal). The default is determined by your global notification settings.

This feature is especially useful when you have a large pipeline. You might want all-activity alerts for your top five deals while muting early-stage prospects that do not require immediate attention. You can also follow deals owned by other team members by navigating to their deal and setting the notification level to "All Activity" or "Important Only."

Paso 5

Troubleshoot Notification Delivery

If you are not receiving notifications as expected, start by checking the in-app notification center. Tap the bell icon in the app's top navigation bar to view all recent notifications. If notifications appear here but not on your lock screen, the issue is with your device settings rather than SalesSheet.

On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > SalesSheet and verify that "Allow Notifications" is enabled along with your preferred alert style (banners, lock screen, and notification center). Make sure "Sounds" is toggled on if you want audible alerts. Check that Focus mode or Do Not Disturb is not blocking SalesSheet notifications.

On Android, go to Settings > Apps > SalesSheet > Notifications and ensure the notification channel is active. Check that battery optimization is not aggressively suspending the SalesSheet app in the background. Some Android manufacturers (Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei) have additional battery management settings that can prevent apps from delivering notifications. Add SalesSheet to your battery optimization whitelist.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, go to SalesSheet app Settings > Account > Reset Notification Token. This re-registers your device for push notifications. You may need to close and reopen the app after performing this step.

Pro Tip: Use Notification Grouping for a Cleaner Lock Screen

On iOS 16 and later, SalesSheet notifications are automatically grouped by category (Deals, Emails, Mentions, etc.) on your lock screen. On Android, you can enable notification channels in your device settings to separate deal alerts from email alerts. This prevents your lock screen from being overwhelmed when multiple events happen in quick succession, such as when a prospect opens your email and clicks several links within minutes.

Important: Battery and Data Considerations

Push notifications use minimal battery and data. However, if you enable all notification types across a large pipeline, you may receive a high volume of alerts. We recommend starting with the default settings and adjusting over your first week based on actual volume. If you find notifications excessive, use per-deal muting and category toggles to reduce them to a comfortable level rather than disabling all notifications entirely.

Qué Esperar

Once your push notifications are configured, you will receive timely alerts that keep you informed without being overwhelming. Here is what well-configured notifications enable:

  • Instant alerts when prospects open your emails so you can follow up at the right moment
  • Real-time deal stage changes so you stay informed about pipeline movement
  • Direct mention notifications so you never miss a teammate calling for your attention
  • Task reminders that keep your follow-ups on schedule
  • AI-powered insights delivered as gentle nudges to take timely action
  • Quiet hours that protect your personal time while keeping you informed during work hours

Notification preferences sync across your devices. If you change settings on your phone, the same preferences apply to any other device where you have the SalesSheet app installed.

Solución de Problemas

I am receiving too many notifications

Start by reviewing your notification categories in Settings > Notifications. Disable categories you do not need, such as AI Insights or Email Activity, if they generate too much volume. Use per-deal muting to silence low-priority deals. Enable notification grouping on your device to consolidate related alerts. Consider turning off "link clicked" notifications if "email opened" is sufficient for your workflow.

I am not receiving any notifications at all

First, check your device settings to confirm SalesSheet has notification permission. Then open the app and check the in-app notification center (bell icon) to see if notifications are being generated but not delivered to your device. Verify that quiet hours are not currently active. Check that your device is not in Do Not Disturb or Focus mode. On Android, ensure battery optimization is not killing the app in the background. Try resetting your notification token in Settings > Account > Reset Notification Token.

Notifications arrive late or in batches

Delayed notifications are usually caused by aggressive battery optimization on Android devices. Go to your device's Settings > Battery > Battery Optimization and set SalesSheet to "Not Optimized" or "Unrestricted." On Samsung devices, also check Device Care > Battery > App Power Management and add SalesSheet to the "Never sleeping apps" list. On iOS, ensure Background App Refresh is enabled for SalesSheet in Settings > General > Background App Refresh.

Quiet hours are not working correctly

Verify that the quiet hours time zone matches your current location. Go to Settings > Notifications > Quiet Hours and check the displayed time zone. If you travel frequently, enable "Auto-detect time zone" to have quiet hours adjust automatically. Also confirm that "Allow Urgent Alerts During Quiet Hours" is not enabling notifications you expected to be silenced. Test by temporarily setting quiet hours to your current time and checking whether new notifications are suppressed.
