Modo Oscuro

SalesSheet.ai includes a comprehensive dark mode that transforms the entire interface into a low-light color scheme optimized for reduced eye strain. With over 100 files themed, dark mode covers every surface in the application, from the main dashboard and contact lists to dropdown menus, popovers, modals, settings pages, and notification panels.

Dark mode is not just a simple color inversion. Every component has been individually styled to ensure proper contrast ratios, readable text, and consistent visual hierarchy in the dark theme. Buttons, badges, charts, form inputs, and even inline code blocks all have dedicated dark mode styles that maintain the same level of clarity as the light theme.

Antes de Comenzar

  • An active SalesSheet.ai account on any plan (dark mode is available on all plans, including Free)
  • A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) updated to a recent version
Paso 1

Open Appearance Settings

Click your avatar or initials in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar to open the user menu. Select Settings, then navigate to the Appearance tab. This page contains all display preferences for your SalesSheet account, including theme selection, font size, and sidebar density.

Select Your Theme

Under the Theme section, you will see three options:

  • Light: The default bright theme with a white background and dark text.
  • Dark: A dark background with light text, optimized for low-light environments.
  • System: Automatically matches your operating system's appearance setting. If your OS is set to dark mode, SalesSheet follows suit, and it switches to light mode when your system does.

Click your preferred option. The theme change applies instantly with a smooth transition animation. No page reload is required, and the setting is saved to your account so it persists across devices and sessions.

Explore What Is Themed

Dark mode in SalesSheet is comprehensive. Here is what is covered:

  • Core pages: Dashboard, Contacts list, Company list, Deals pipeline, Activity feed, and all detail pages
  • Navigation: Sidebar, top bar, breadcrumbs, and mobile menu
  • Overlays: Every dropdown, popover, tooltip, modal dialog, and slide-over panel
  • Forms: Input fields, textareas, select menus, checkboxes, radio buttons, toggles, and date pickers
  • Settings: All settings pages including Fields, Roles, Integrations, Billing, and Appearance
  • Analytics: Charts, graphs, KPI cards, and the Reports Dashboard background
  • Communication: Email composer, call dialer, comment threads, and notification panel
  • Extras: Loading skeletons, empty states, error pages, and onboarding flows

Paso 4

Use the Quick Toggle

For faster switching, use the quick toggle shortcut. Click your avatar in the sidebar and look for the sun/moon icon next to your name. Clicking this icon toggles between light and dark mode immediately without opening the full settings page. This is handy when you move between a bright office and a dim meeting room throughout the day.

Consejo Pro

Set your theme to "System" and let your operating system handle the switching automatically. Most operating systems support scheduled dark mode, so your CRM will switch to dark mode in the evening and back to light mode in the morning without any manual intervention.

Solución de Problemas

Dark mode is not applying to some parts of the interface. Why do some areas still look light?

If you see inconsistent theming, try a hard refresh of the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) to clear cached stylesheets. If the issue persists, check that you are running a supported browser version. Older browser versions may not support the CSS custom properties used for theming. Updating your browser should resolve the issue.

The "System" theme option does not match my OS setting. What is happening?

The System option relies on the browser's ability to detect your OS appearance preference via the prefers-color-scheme media query. Some browsers require a restart after you change your OS theme for the change to propagate. Also, certain browser extensions that modify page appearance can interfere with theme detection. Try disabling extensions and restarting your browser.

Charts in the Reports Dashboard are hard to read in dark mode. Can I adjust the colors?

Chart colors are automatically adjusted for dark mode with higher saturation and lighter tones to ensure readability against the dark background. If specific charts are still difficult to read, try switching the chart type. For example, bar charts tend to have better contrast than area charts in dark mode. If the issue persists, contact support with a screenshot so the design team can investigate.
