Navigate to the Signup Page
Open your web browser and go to app.salessheets.ai. You'll see the SalesSheet.ai landing page with a prominent "Start Free" button. Click this button to begin the account creation process.
Alternatively, if you're already on the marketing website at salessheets.ai, look for the "Start Free" or "Get Started" button in the navigation header. Both will direct you to the same signup flow.
Choose Your Signup Method
SalesSheet.ai offers two convenient ways to create your account:
Google Sign-In (Recommended): Click the "Continue with Google" button to use your existing Google account. This method is fastest and automatically verifies your email address. It's particularly convenient if you plan to connect Gmail later for email integration.
Email and Password: Enter your work email address and create a secure password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters for security.
We recommend using your work email address rather than a personal one, as this makes it easier to collaborate with teammates and ensures proper organization setup.
Verify Your Email Address
If you signed up with email and password, check your inbox for a verification email from SalesSheet.ai. The email will arrive within seconds and contains a "Verify Email" button or verification link.
Click the verification link to confirm your email address. This security step ensures that you own the email account and helps protect your data. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
Note: If you signed up with Google, your email is automatically verified and you can skip this step.
Complete the Onboarding Wizard
After email verification, you'll be guided through a quick onboarding wizard to personalize your SalesSheet experience. This takes about 2-3 minutes and helps us tailor the platform to your needs.
Tell us about yourself: Enter your full name and job title. This information appears when you send emails and share information with teammates.
Company information: Provide your company name and size. This helps us understand your organization and enables features appropriate for your team size.
Your role: Select what best describes your role (Sales Rep, Sales Manager, Business Owner, etc.). This customizes your dashboard and AI suggestions.
Primary goals: Choose what you want to accomplish with SalesSheet (track leads, manage pipeline, automate follow-ups, etc.). The AI will use this to prioritize relevant features.
Access Your Dashboard
Once you complete the onboarding wizard, you'll be taken directly to your SalesSheet.ai dashboard. Congratulations - your account is now active!
You'll see your personalized dashboard with the AI chat interface, quick action buttons, and guidance cards to help you get started. Take a moment to explore the interface and familiarize yourself with the main navigation.
The sidebar on the left contains your main navigation: Dashboard, Contacts, Companies, Opportunities, and Settings. The AI chat is always accessible in the center of your screen, ready to help you add contacts, create deals, or answer questions.
Pro Tip: Use Google Sign-In for Seamless Integration
If you plan to connect Gmail for email sync (and we highly recommend it), signing up with Google saves time. You'll use the same account for both authentication and email integration, making the setup process smoother and reducing the number of permissions you need to manage.
What to Expect After Account Creation
Once your account is created, you'll have immediate access to all SalesSheet.ai features during your free trial. You can:
- Start adding contacts through the AI chat or manual import
- Connect your Gmail account to sync emails and contacts
- Create opportunities and track them through your pipeline
- Use AI to draft emails, summarize conversations, and get insights
- Invite team members to collaborate on deals

I didn't receive the verification email
First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder - verification emails sometimes get filtered. If you still don't see it after 5 minutes, click the "Resend verification email" link on the login page. Make sure you're checking the correct email address that you used during signup. If problems persist, contact support at andres@salessheets.ai.
Google Sign-In isn't working
Ensure you're not blocking third-party cookies in your browser, as this can interfere with Google authentication. Try disabling browser extensions temporarily, especially ad blockers or privacy tools. If you're using a corporate Google account, check with your IT department to ensure salessheets.ai is not blocked. You can always use the email and password signup method as an alternative.
My password doesn't meet the requirements
SalesSheet requires passwords to be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (!@#$%^&*). Avoid using common words or personal information. Consider using a password manager to generate and store a strong, unique password for your account.
The email address I want to use is already registered
If you see a message that your email is already registered, you may have created an account previously. Try using the "Forgot password" link to reset your password.
