Cancelar tu Suscripción

We're sorry to see you go. Canceling your SalesSheet.ai subscription is straightforward, and we'll make sure you understand exactly what happens to your data and account access. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or fees.

Paso 1
Billing settings page where you can find the Cancel Plan option at the bottom of your plan details

Go to Billing Settings

To cancel your subscription, you'll need to access your billing settings:

  • Log in to your SalesSheet.ai account at app.salessheets.ai
  • Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner
  • Select Settings from the dropdown menu
  • Click on the Facturación tab in the left sidebar

You'll see your current plan information displayed at the top of the page, including your billing cycle and next payment date.

Note: Only the account owner or users with billing permissions can cancel the subscription. If you don't see billing options, you'll need to ask the account owner to cancel or grant you billing access.

Paso 2

Click Cancel Plan

In your current plan section, look for the Cancel Plan button. It's typically located at the bottom of your plan details, often styled in a subtle gray or red color.

Click the Cancel Plan button. Before proceeding with cancellation, a modal window will appear with important information about what happens when you cancel.

The modal will remind you:

  • When your access to paid features will end (at the end of your current billing period)
  • That you won't be charged again
  • What features you'll lose access to
  • That your data will be preserved (see "What Happens to Your Data" section below)

Take a moment to review this information carefully. If you're not sure about canceling, you can click "Nevermind" to close the modal and keep your subscription active.

Paso 3

Choose a Cancellation Reason

To help us improve SalesSheet.ai, we ask for optional feedback about why you're canceling. You'll see a dropdown menu with common reasons:

  • Too expensive / Found a cheaper alternative
  • Missing features I need
  • Too difficult to use
  • Not using it enough to justify the cost
  • Switching to a different CRM
  • My business needs have changed
  • Technical issues or bugs
  • Other (please specify)

Select the reason that best matches your situation. If you choose "Other" or want to provide more detail, there's a text box where you can share additional feedback.

This feedback is genuinely valuable to us and helps make SalesSheet.ai better for future users. However, it's completely optional - you can skip this step if you prefer.

If your reason is related to missing features or technical issues, our support team may reach out to see if there's a solution that could work for you.

Paso 4

Confirm Cancellation

After optionally providing feedback, you'll see a final confirmation screen. This screen clearly states:

  • Your subscription will not renew - You won't be charged again after your current billing period ends
  • Access until: The specific date when your paid features will expire (the end of your current billing period)
  • What happens next: You'll automatically be downgraded to the Free plan

Read this information carefully. If you're sure you want to cancel, click the Yes, Cancel My Subscription button.

If you change your mind at this point, you can still click "Keep My Subscription" to stop the cancellation process.

Once you confirm, you'll see a success message confirming that your subscription has been canceled. You'll also receive an email confirmation at your account email address with the same details.

Paso 5

Understand What Happens to Your Data

After canceling, here's exactly what happens:

During your remaining paid period:

  • You keep full access to all paid features until the end of your billing cycle
  • All your data remains intact and fully accessible
  • You can continue using Pro or Team features you've already paid for
  • You can export your data at any time
  • You can reactivate your subscription and cancel the cancellation

After your paid period ends:

  • Your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan
  • Your data is preserved but you're limited to 100 contacts
  • If you have more than 100 contacts, you can view all of them but can't add new ones
  • Premium features like email sync and calling are disabled
  • You can still access your account, view contacts, and export data
  • Your data is retained for 90 days at full access level

After 90 days on the Free plan:

  • If you haven't logged in, your account becomes dormant
  • Data is archived but not deleted
  • You can reactivate anytime by logging in and upgrading
  • After 2 years of dormancy, we'll email you before permanently deleting any data

We recommend: Before your paid period ends, export your data if you want a backup. Go to Settings > Data Export to download all your contacts, deals, and activity history as CSV files.

💡
Pro Tip: If you're canceling because of cost, consider downgrading to a lower plan instead of canceling entirely. You can switch from Team to Pro, or from Pro to Free, and keep your data without losing access. This gives you more flexibility than a full cancellation.

Qué Esperar

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Cancellation is effective immediately - no more future charges will be processed
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • You'll receive email confirmations at each step (cancellation, downgrade to Free, data retention reminders)
  • You can reactivate your subscription anytime before your paid period ends with one click
  • After your paid period, you automatically transition to the Free plan
  • There are no cancellation fees or penalties
  • Support remains available even after cancellation if you have questions

Common Questions

Can I get a refund for unused time on my subscription?
SalesSheet.ai doesn't offer prorated refunds for cancellations. When you cancel, you maintain full access to your paid plan until the end of your billing period. For annual plans, this means you'll have access for the remainder of your year. If you believe you have special circumstances, contact support at andres@salessheets.ai to discuss your situation.
I canceled by accident. How do I undo it?
If you're still within your paid period, you can easily reactivate your subscription. Go to Settings > Billing and you'll see a "Reactivate Subscription" button. Click it to resume your subscription and prevent the downgrade to Free. Your billing will continue on the same schedule as before. If your paid period has already ended, you'll need to sign up for a plan again.
What if I want to come back later?
You're welcome back anytime. If you return within 90 days, all your data will be exactly as you left it. Simply log in and upgrade to a paid plan to restore full access. If it's been longer than 90 days, your data is archived but can be restored when you upgrade. Even after 2 years, we'll contact you before deleting anything, giving you a chance to recover your account.
