Your CRM Has a Chat Bar. Here Is Everything It Can Do.

SalesSheet's AI assistant is not a chatbot that answers FAQs. It is a tool-calling agent with access to 62 distinct operations across your CRM data. You type a request in plain English, the AI determines which tools to call, executes them, and returns the result. No menus, no filters, no query builders. Just say what you want.

We have organized all 62 tools into 8 domains. For each tool, we show an example prompt you might type. Every single one of these works today in SalesSheet.

The best interface is no interface. When you can just tell your CRM what you need, every other interaction pattern feels like extra work.

How the AI Decides Which Tool to Use

Behind the scenes, the AI assistant uses a tool-calling architecture. Each of the 62 tools has a structured definition that describes what it does, what parameters it accepts, and what it returns. When you type a message, the AI model evaluates your intent against all 62 tool definitions and selects the best match. For complex requests, it chains multiple tools together.

For example, "Email all contacts in the Negotiation stage about the price increase" requires three tools chained: (1) search contacts by deal stage to find contacts in Negotiation, (2) draft email using the prompt context, and (3) bulk email to send to the results of tool 1. The AI handles this orchestration automatically.

Multi-tool chain: "Tell me everything about Maria" triggers 7 tools executing in sequence
You do not need to know these 62 tools exist. Just ask for what you want. The AI figures out which tools to call. That is the entire point.

What We Are Adding Next

The 62 tools today cover the core CRM workflow. We are actively building tools for:

Every new feature we build gets a corresponding AI tool. The chat interface scales automatically because adding a tool does not require any UI changes -- just a new tool definition and a handler function. The 62 tools today will be 80 by mid-year. The interface stays the same: a text box where you type what you need.
